 ITINERARY:

Day 1 : Dhaka-Kolkata-Jammu :

In the morning departure from Dhaka by air. Than departure from Kolkata station by train at 11:45 am. Cross West Bengal, Jharkhando, Bihar state and reach Uttar Pradesh by night. Stay overnight in the train. Have dinner from Railway pantry car.

Day 2 : In the train :

Full day in the train. Cross Uttar Pradesh state and reach Haryana state by night.  Stay overnight in the train. Have breakfast & dinner from Railway pantry car.

Day 3 : Reach Jammu : Jammu to Srinagar by car : N.S. Srinagar (Hotel) 

Reach Jammu at 9:20 am. Pickup from station and transfer to Srinagar by car. Reach Srinagar by the afternoon (265 km, 9 Hour). Transfer to hotel and check in. Stay overnight at Srinagar.

Day 4 : Sonmarg day trip | N.S. Srinagar (Hotel)

After breakfast proceed for Sonmarg day trip at 9:00 am from hotel. Visit Thajaiwas Glacier, Sind River, Bajrangi Bhaijan Shooting Spot, Hazratbal Masjid. Return back to hotel in the afternoon. Evening free for leisure. Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 5: Gulmarg day trip | N.S. Srinagar (Hotel)

After breakfast proceed for Gulmarg day trip at 9:30 am. Visit Khilenmarg and Afrawat peak. On the return visit Shankar Acharya Temple. Return back to hotel in the afternoon. Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 6: Pahelgam day trip | N.S. Srinagar (Hotel)

After breakfast proceed for Pahelgam day trip at 9:00 am. Visit Aru Valley, Betab Valley, Chandanwari by Union car. You can visit Baisharan (optional) but the pony charge will be extra. On the way visit Saffron Field, Lidder River, Pine Forest, Awantipura Ruins. Return back to hotel in the evening. Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 7: Local sightseeing | N.S. Srinagar (Houseboat)

After breakfast check out from hotel and transfer luggage to houseboat. Check in to houseboat and proceed for Srinagar local sightseeing including Hari Parbat Fort, Cheshmishahi Bag, Nishat Bag, Shalimar Bag, Pari Mahal, Dal Lake, Kashmiri Shawl Emporium, Dry fruit shop. Return back to houseboat in the afternoon. Evening free for local market exploring. Stay overnight at houseboat.

Day 8: Srinagar to Jammu by car | Train from Jammu

After breakfast proceed from Srinagar to Jammu by car at 8:00 am. Reach Jammu by the afternoon (265 km, 9 Hour). Transfer to railway station. Departure by train at 10:45 pm. Have dinner at Jammu Tawi railway station complex.

Day 9: In the Train

Full day in the train. Cross Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh state and reach Bihar by night. Have breakfast & dinner from Railway Pantry Car.

Day 10: Reach Howrah

Reach Howrah in the morning at 11:30 am. The tour ends here. Have breakfast from Railway Pantry Car.

• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy ride (Toy Train) & Porterage
• Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
• Entrance Fees & Guide charges.
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the passenger, directly payable on the spot).
• Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
• Travel Insurance.
• Visa fee
• Anything which is not include in the inclusion.

Child Policy:

1. Children above 5 (Five) years will be charged as per Adult Rate.
2. Children between 3 yrs to 5 yrs, sharing parent’s room will be charged 75%.
3. Children below 3 years are complimentary.

Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced when asked by the hotel.

Booking Policy:

1. 50% of the Total Package Cost needs to be deposited in the Bank as an advance to confirm the bookings with Ridge Tourism Pvt Ltd.
2. The balance 50% needs to be paid three (3) days before journey.
3. Once the advance has been deposited, kindly notify us over the mail with a scanned copy of the receipt and also inform us over the phone regarding the same.
4. After the advance is credited in our bank account, we will send you the confirmation via email which will also serve as your money receipt. We will send you the Confirmation service voucher too.

Alteration Policy: 

Amendment of booked tour will be treated as Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made on the payment of an additional charge, which will vary from case to case. 

Refund:

Refund will be paid to the source through which the guest has booked. Any refund will take at least 15 days to process & will be sending to your A/C.

Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellation has to be sent to us by Email.

From Date of booking – 30 days	only communication charges of BDT 2000.00 per person
30 -15 Days prior to departure	25% of tour cost
14 -07 Days prior to departure	50% of tour cost
07- 0 Days prior to departure	100% of tour cost

Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible effort to minimize the cancellation charges.

1. Check in & Check out Timing of the Hotel will be according to the timing of the respective hotels

2. For Extra Person Sharing the Room & Child with Extra Bed, almost all the hotel of our area

Provides MATTRESS and ROLLOVERS as a supplement to Extra Bed

3. Hotel in Deluxe & Standard Category provides room heater on request & on extra payment.

Operations:

1. In case of any Flight / Train Cancellation, Ridge Tourism Pvt Ltd. will not be responsible for the same and the cancellation policy will be applicable.
2. Any extra expenses incurred due to natural calamity or political disturbance is to be borne by the passengers directly on the spot on actual.
